dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace pracovníků. Je rozdělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je řešena otázka vymezení pojmu motivace, vývoje motivačních koncepcí, teorií pracovní motivace, dále se také věnuje principům a metodám hmotné a nehmotné motivace, nežádoucí motivaci a dalším souvislostem s motivací spojených. Druhá část pojednává o firmě TON a. s. Bystřice pod Hostýnem. Je zde analyzován současný motivační systém a na základě dotazníkového průzkumu a zkoumání situace v podniku, jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení jejich současného motivačního systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor´s thesis deals with motivation of workers. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the question of defining the notion of motivation is solved. It also deals with development of motivation concepts and work motivation theory. This work is also engaged in principals of material and immaterial motivation, undesirable motivation and other aspects which are closely connected with motivation. The second part concerns TON a. s. company in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The contemporary motivation system is analysed here and on the basis of a questionnaire survey and investistigating the situation in the company itself, recommendations for improving the present motivation system are suggested.
