dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé práce je vytvořit projekt na rozvoj firmy Milan Kovář, najít další zdroje příjmů a posílit tak její postavení. Tento projekt je vytvořen na poskytování služeb při plném využití stávající zemědělské techniky a provozování agroturistiky při rodinné farmě. V teoretické části se nejprve zabývám obecnou charakteristikou a strukturou zemědělství v EU, dále stavem zemědělství v ČR po vstupu do EU a možnostmi dotací a příspěvků, především pro rozvoj venkova, které je možno získat od EU. V analytické části charakterizuji firmu pana Milana Kováře, prostředí v jakém podniká, kroky, které již podnikl pro upevnění postavení své firmy. Dále provedu SWOT analýzu firmy a podnikání v zemědělství a finanční analýzu podniku, abych zjistila, jak podnik hospodaří.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my Thesis is to create the development project of the company Milan Kovář, to find other incomes and to strengthen its position. This project contains the running of services by agriculture machines on high usage and agrotourism by the family farm. In the theoretic part of my Thesis I firstly analyse the general agriculture characterization and the structure of the European Union, the agriculture conditions in the Czech Republic after the entrance to the European Union and possibilities of grants and benefits refering to the rural area development. In the analytic part of my thesis I describe the Company Milan Kovář, the steps, which he has already made for better position of his farm. I make SWOT analysis of the firm and agriculture further the financial analysis of the company to find how the firm manages.
