dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá otázkou komerční bezpečnosti a to nejen z právního hlediska. Pro porozumění právní stránky průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti, je nezbytné vysvětlit důležité pojmy, co to je komerční bezpečnost a co znamená pro Českou republiku. Práce se věnuje soukromým bezpečnostním službám, jejich definici, právním normám definujícím výkon bezpečnostních služeb v praxi, rozboru podmínek pro udělování koncese pro práci v oboru komerční bezpečnosti. Další důležité téma jsou požadavky na osoby pracující v tomto oboru, především umění komunikace, vystupování na veřejnosti a etika.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is focused on the issue of the commercial security but not only from the legal point of view. It’s necessary to explain the important terms and what exactly the commercial security is and what does it mean for the Czech Republic, for understanding the legal side of the commercial security trades. The work concerns private security service, its definition, the law regulations defining the function of security services in practice, the analysis of the conditions for granting the licence for working in the sector of the commercial security. Other important topic is also the requirements on people who decided to operate in this field of activity, above all the ability of communication, decency in public and morality.
