dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci jsem se zaobírala otázkou týmové práce a jejími nástroji, které konkrétne doporučuje belgická společnost Caterpillar. Její snahou je transformovat společnosti a podniky na standart světové třídy prostředníctvím vhodne zvolených metod v procese Six Sigma. Protože je největším odběratelem ZŤS Námestovo a.s., snaží se obě strany o nejlepší spolupráci. Nejdřív jsem zpracovala literární rešerši o týmové práci, jak ji chápou jednotliví autoři. Pak jsem popsala, jak chápe týmovou práci společnost Caterpillar. V projektu jsem se zabívala úkolem, který mi byl dán na úseku speciálního nářadí. Hlas zákazníka znel: zkrátit prúběžní dobu konkrétních výrobkú až k jejích dodání. Mým úkolem bylo najít řešení pro snížení prôběžní doby výroby speciálního nářadí, s využitím nástrojú týmové práce v procese Six Sigma. A tak vyzvednout dôležitost využívání týmové práce k dosažení stanovených cílú.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I have dealt with a topic of team work and its implements that are recommended by the belgian company of Caterpillar. Its attempt is to transform companies and enterprises to a world class standart by means of suitably chosen methods in the process of Six Sigma. Since Caterpillar is the greatest customer of ZŤS Námestovo a.s.,the both sides effort the best possible cooperation. First I had worked out a literary essay about the team work as it is undrestood by particular authors. Then I had described as the team work is comprehended by the company of Caterpillar. In the project I have dealt with a task that was given to me in the section of the special tools. Customerś voice asked to shorten the production time of particular products usatil their final distribution. My task was to find a volution how to lower the production time of the special tools by using the implements of the team work in the process of Six Sigma. In this way I highlighted the importance of using the team work for achievement of determined objectives.
