dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci se zabývám možnostmi malých firem při čerpání prostředků ze zdrojů EU.V první části zpracuji s návazností na informační zdroje teoretické poznatky z čerpání prostředků z ESF a zásady zpracování projektu a žádosti o dotace z fondů EU. V druhé části pak představuji společnost AM INTERIÉR,a.s., popisuji její podnikatelské prostředí a zpracovávám žádost k získání dotace na projekt Vzdělávání zaměstnanců společnosti AM INTERIÉR,a.s. z programu EDUCA, operační program Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost.	cs
