dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem využití finanční analýzy při rozhodování se společnosti TBG Betonmix, a. s. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout systém finančních ukazatelů pro rozhodování podniku i postup jeho implementace. Teoretická část práce obsahuje poznatky z oblasti finanční analýzy. Praktická část práce analyzuje oborové prostředí i samotný podnik. Po zhodnocení současného stavu je navržen konkrétní systém finančních ukazatelů i způsob jeho začlenění do rozhodování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma work deals with financial analysis application during decision-making in TGB Betonmix a.s. The objective was to draft system of financial indexes for company decision-making and procedure of its implementation. Theoretical part features information about financial analysis. Practical part analyzes departmental enviroment and also the company itself. Summing up current position the concrete system of financial indexes is proposed and also the way of its implementation into decision-making.
