dc.description.abstract	V této práci jsou popsané vztahy mezi odborovou orgnizací a moderním manažmentem. V úvodů této práce má čtenář možnost oboznámit se s historií odborové organizace. Další část práce autor věnuje všeobecným právnym normám, které súvisí s odborovou organizaci. Všeobecní a detailnejší informace o odborové organizaci najde čtenář v další části. Praktická část práce je zameřená na finanční instituci Slovenskú sporiteľňu, a.s. Jsou tady opsané vztahy mezi odborovou organizací a moderním manažmentem. Jaká by měla být spolupráce mezi odborovou organizací a moderním manažmentem, co je potřebné udělat ze strany odborové organizace, a v čem by měl změnit manažment své postoje si čtenář může přečíst v závěrečných častích práce.

The first part of the thesis enables the reader to get to know the history of the trade union organisation. The following part, the writer dedicates to legal aspects associated with the trade union organisation. General and more detail information about trade union organisation the reader finds in the next part. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the financial institution Slovenská sporiteľňa, a.s. Herewith it describes the relationship between trade union organisation and modern management. What should a co-operation between union organisation and modern management be? What is necessary to do from the trade union side and in what areas a management should change its attitude, the reader can find in the last parts of the thesis.
