Prvním dílčím cílem mé diplomové práce je seznámit se s problematikou likvidace a na základě získaných vědomostí sestavit teoretickou část. Vysvětlím celý její postup včetně přípravy, zahájení a ukončení likvidace. V praktické části představím společnost Nolatex, s.r.o.a celkovou situaci na trhu v oděvní branži. Poté provedu analýzu jednotlivých ekonomických ukazatelů a zaměřím se na hlavní příčiny likvidace ve společnosti Nolatex, s.r.o. Dále sestavím nejen plán likvidace, ale také navrhnu její ředpokládaný rozpočet. |

The first partial aim of my dissertation is to get to know the problems of liquidation in specialized literature and on the basis of the gained knowledge tom prepare the teoretical part. I will explain the whole procedure including preparation, beginning and finishing of the liquitation. In the practical part I will concentrate on the main reasons of the company Nolatex, Ltd. and I will evaluate its whole economical situation. Then I will prepare the plan of liquidation and suggest its considered budget. |
