dc.description.abstract	Část prostředků z fondů EU směřuje na pomoc méně vyspělých regionů. I Zlínský kraj se snaží tyto prostředky využívat a přispívat tak ke snížení nezaměstnanosti, zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a k dalším cílům, které mají podporovat vyvážený a udržitelný ekonomický rozvoj regionu. Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl přiblížit možnosti čerpání prostředků EU zvláště ze Společného regionálního operačního programu a ve své projektové části se snaží najít nejlepší cestu, jak co nejefektivněji využít prostředky určené pro neinvestiční projekty v oblasti cestovního ruchu a zvyšovat tak atraktivnost regionu pro návštěvníky Zlínského kraje.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In order to financially support and help develop less prosperous and hard up regions is supposed to be used the certain part of finance as a source coming from Europe Union funds. As well as the other regions, also the Zlin region is going to utilize and invest this appropriations in the best possible way in order to reduce the level of unemployment, make the Zlin region capable of the competing etc. The general purposes of the investment will be to support balanced and maintainable economic development of Zlin region. The fundamental purpose of this master thesis is to introduce the possibilities of gaining the financial contribution from EU sources, particularly from Joint Regional Operational Programme as much as possible. The project part of this thesis is devoted to finding the best, efficient, possible way how to give financial support and use it up in no-investment project spheres in tourist traffic area (tourism) in order to enhance Zlin region and make it, for possible tourists, more attractive.
