dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vzdělávacích potřeb zaměstnanců ve firmě P-D Refractories CZ a. s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje literární průzkum, který je zaměřen na podstatu a proces podnikového vzdělávání. Důležitost teorie je porovnána se skutečným stavem ve firmě. Na základě diplomové praxe a vyhodnocení dotazníků, které byly zaměřeny právě na vzdělávací potřeby zaměstnanců, došlo k potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz, které byly na začátku stanoveny. Získané informace a poznatky pak vedly k určitým závěrům a návrhu opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis engages in the analysis of employees´ educational needs in P-D Refractories CZ a.s. firm. My thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part contains a literal research concentrated on the basis of the company educational process. The importance of the theory is compared with the real state in the firm. The hypotheses stated at the beginning were confirmed or refuted on the basis of the diploma practice and the evaluation of questionnaires concentrated on employees´ educational needs. The gained information led to certain conclusions and suggestions of taking precautions.
