dc.description.abstract Hlavným zámerom diplomovej práce je sledovanie vplyvu cvičenia svalov nôh na rozloženie tlakov na chodidle nôh u detí mladšieho školského veku. Sleduje aký vplyv má plochonožie a valgozita piet na rozloženie tlakov. Práve plochonožie a valgozita piet patria medzi najrozšírenejšie ochorenia nôh u detí mladšieho školského veku. Táto práca dokazuje pozitívny vplyv cvičenia na sledované deformity, na princípe prenesenia zaťaženia váhy tela z vnútornej strany chodidla na stranu vonkajšiu.

dc.description.abstract-translated The intention of this Master thesis is to monitor the influence of the foot exercise on the changes in plantar pressure distribution of pre-pubertal children. The impact of flat foot and heel valgosity on the pressure distribution is also being monitored in this Master thesis. The heel valgosity and flat foot belong to the most frequent foot illnesses in pre-pubertal age. The positive impact of exercise on these illnesses which work on the principle of the redistribution of the weight and by that of the pressure distribution of both feet has been proved by this Master thesis.
