Práce se zabývá problematikou srovnání bankovních produktů konkrétně úvěrů pro drobné podnikatele. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje objasnění pojmů souvisejících s řešeným tématem. Stěžejní kapitoly popisují pojmy spojené s bankovním úvěrem, postup u finanční analýzy a nastiňují problematiku investičního rozhodování, která bude následně využita v části praktické. Praktická část na modelovém příkladu, kdy chce konkrétní podnikatel využít tento způsob financování na pořízení užitkového vozidla, ukazuje postup při rozboru a následné komparaci nabídek. Je rozdělena do dvou celků. Prvním je představení podnikatele a posouzení jeho finanční situace na základě ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V druhém jsou analyzovány a poté srovnány vhodné úvěrové produkty vybraných bankovních institucí. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky a je vybrána pro tento příklad nejvýhodnější varianta financování. |

The thesis deals with the comparison of bank products namely with the loans for small businesses. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to clarification of terms connected to the discussed issue. Pivotal chapters describe concepts associated with a bank loan, the procedure used for financial analysis and they also outline the problems of investment decision making, which will be futher used in the practical part. The practical part shows a model example where a particular entrepreneur wants to use this method of financing for the purpose of purchasing a utility vehicle. It shows the procedure of the analysis and subsequent comparison of bids. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part introduces the entrepreneur and asseses his financial situation on the basis of indicators of financial analysis. In the second part there are analyzed and then compared fitting loan products of selected banking institutions. In the end, the results are evaluated and the best financing option for the the model example is selected. |
