dc.description.abstract	Od roku 1978 sa Čína transformovala z centrálne plánovanej socialistickej ekonomiky na zmiešaný trhový systém. Vláda predstavila ciel zvýšenia produkcie IT hardvéru a zamerala sa na zvýšenie používania IT. Čína plánovala masívne investície do vývoja a modernizácie IT infraštruktúry. Čína je v súčasnosti najväčším výrobcom IT hardvéru a obrovský čínsky IT trh láka mnoho zahraničných firiem. Čína je však veľmi zložitým miestom na obchodovanie .	cs
