Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému vzdělávání manažerů ve společnosti Mora Aerospace a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor teoretických aspektů týkajících se podstaty a procesu podnikového vzdělávání. V praktické části je za pomocí dotazníků a studií vnitropodnikových materiálů zhodnocen průběh a úroveň systému vzdělávání ve společnosti Mora Aerospace a.s. Hlavním záměrem mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit systém vzdělávání a navrhnout doporučení a opatření v oblasti vzdělávání ve společnosti, což bude také výsledkem této práce. |

This bachelor thesis discusses the analysis of the manager education in Mora Aerospace,Inc. firm. The thesis consists of 2 main parts.
