dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je vymezení, analýza organizovaného zločinu a možnosti boje organizovanému zločinu proti němu na regionální úrovni. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné pojetí i specifika vzniku organizovaného zločinu, dále také na součastné přístupy ve vyšetřování tohoto druhu zločinu. Zabývá se rovněž současnými problémy při vyšetřování organizovaného zločinu v rámci útvarů Policie ČR. Praktická část je zaměřena na vlastní návrhy při vyšetřování v prostředí organizovaného zločinu. Poslední kapitola danou problematiku rozebírá a doporučuje řešení zjištěných problémů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the thesis is the definition, the analysis of organised crime and the possibilities of combating organised crime at the regional level. The theoretical part is focused on general concept and specifics of the emergence of organized crime, as well as on current approaches in the investigation against this kind of crime. I'm also the current problems in the investigation of or-ganizovaného crime within the departments of the Police of the CZECH republic. The practical part is focused on custom designs in the investigation in the environment of organised crime. The last chapter of the problematic it discusses and recommends solutions to identified problems.
