Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi personálním managementem spo-lečností a lektorem firemního vzdělávání. Zaměřuje se na názor manažerů na osobnost, dovednosti, vystupování, atd. lektora. Teoretická část rozebírá celkově problematiku fi-remního vzdělávání - plánování a přípravu, realizaci a vyhodnocení. Značná část práce je věnována osobnosti lektora a jeho dovednostem, které uplatňuje při výkonu svého povolá-ní. Praktická část vychází tématicky z části teoretické, zde najdeme vyhodnocení kvantita-tivního výzkumu. |

This final thesis aims to explore the relationship between a personnal management and a lecturer of corporate education. It is focused on manager´s opinion on lecturer´s per-sonality, abilities, behaviour, etc. The theoretical part analyzes issuses of corporate educa-tion in general: planning, preparation, implementation and assessment. The majority of this thesis deals with lecturer´s personality and their abilities which they use in their profession. The practical part is based on the theoretical one thematically. It contains the evaluation and assessment of quantitative research. |
