dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na zefektívnenie logistických procesov v spoločnosti Brose CZ spol. s.r.o. Cieľom práce je dôkladne zanalyzovať súčasný stav logistických procesov a navrhnúť opatrenia na zefektívnenie týchto procesov vyplývajúce z jednotlivých analýz súčasného stavu. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sú spracované literárne zdroje, ktoré slúžia ako východiská pre praktickú časť diplomovej práce. Praktická časť diplomovej práce obsahuje analýzu súčasného stavu a zhodnotenie tohto stavu. Na základe získaných informácií z praktickej časti diplomovej práce sú v projektovej časti diplomovej práce navrhnuté opatrenia vedúce k racionalizácii procesu prebaľovania materiálu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on streamlining of logistics processes in the company Brose CZ Ltd. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current situation of logistics processes thor-oughly and to suggest proposals for streamlining of these processes that result from various analyzes of the current situation. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first one includes the information elaborated from literal sources that are fur-ther used as a basis for the practical part. Practical part of diploma thesis includes analysis of current situation and evaluation of this situation. On the basis of received information from practical part, in the project part, there are suggested measures leading to the rational-ization of process of repacking of material.
