Diplomová práce, jejímž cílem je implementovat do praxe edukační projekt pro pacienty s artrózou, je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část popisuje zdraví jako nejcen-nější statek, zabývá se různými systémy zdravotní péče a soustavou zdravotnických zařízení a institucí v ČR, marketingem ve zdravotnictví a komunikací v kontextu zdravotní péče. Druhá, praktická část této diplomové práce krátce přibližuje jedno z nejčastějších degenerativních onemocnění, artrózu. Dále popisuje marketingové prostředí privátní ortopedické ambulance, včetně SWOT analýzy. K marketingovému výzkumu této práce byla využita metoda kvantitativního sběru dat. Projektová část navrhuje vytvoření edukačního programu Škola artrózy, a jeho zavedení do praxe. |

The aim of the master's thesis is to educate the practise of patients with arthrosis. Thesis is divided into two parts, First the theoretical part describes health as a most valuable thing and deals with the different systems of health care and the systém of health facilities and institutes in the Czech republic. It also deals with marketing and communication in context of healthcare. Second part of this Master thesis is describing one of the most common degenerative illnesses as well as arthrosis. It also describes marketing of the private orthopedics ambulance, SWOT analysis is also included in the program. For marketing research the quantitative method was used to collect data for this thesis. The project part suggests creation of an educational program called 'School of arthrosis' and its use in the practice. |
