Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na financování vysokých škol s akcentem na využití prostředků z Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů. Dále jsou uvedeny konkrétní operační programy, které mohou vysoké školy využít ve prospěch svého rozvoje. Závěr teoretické části je věnován motivaci se zaměřením na studenty, základního prvku terciárního systému. V praktické části bylo provedeno kvantitativní šetření, kterým se zjišťovala obecná spokojenost studentů Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky Univerzity Tomáše Bati se studijním prostředím. Z provedené analýzy byly zjištěny konkrétní nedostatky, na které byla navržena doporučení s přihlédnutím na možnost využití finančních prostředků z uvedených fondů. |

The theoretical part is focused on financing of universities with an emphasis on the use of European Structural and Investment Funds. Furthermore there are mentioned specific operating programmes which universities can use for it is development. Finally, the theo-retical part describes the motivation of students, core elements of tertiary system. In the practical part, the quantitative research was accomplished, which served as the tool for discovering general student´s satisfaction of the Faculty of Management and Econom-ics at Tomas Bata University with educational environment. On the basis of analyse there were found out exact shortages, for which were designed recommendations with regard to the possibility of using financial means from ESI funds. |
