dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout projekt měření výkonnosti dlouhodobého nehmotného majetku ve společnosti Fatra, a. s. Důvodem zájmu o toto konkrétní téma byl růst podílu a významnosti nehmotných aktiv v posledních letech. Dalším podnětem je snaha ze strany společností tato nehmotná aktiva řídit. Práce byla složena ze dvou částí a to z části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části byla provedena literární rešerše zdrojů, které se zabývají měřením výkonnosti nehmotného majetku a metodami pro měření dlouhodobého nehmotného majetku. Praktická část je zaměřena především na ochranné známky. V analytické části byla provedena analýza současného stavu nehmotných aktiv společnosti, která jsou spojena s majetkovými právy. Na základě provedeného měření byl vytvořen systém pro měření výkonnosti nově registrovaných ochranných známek, který vychází z výnosových metod. Na analytickou část navazuje část projektová, ve které byly vybrány metody pro měření výkonnosti ochranných známek. Přínosem diplomové práce pro společnost Fatra, a. s. je podrobný návrh nového systému pro měření ochranných známek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis was to design a project measuring the performance of intangible-related assets in the company Fatra, a. s. The reason for choosing this particular issue was the growing share and significance of intangible assets in past few years. Another reason is that there is growing effort by companies to manage these intangible assets. The work was composed of two parts from the part of theorical and practical. The theoretical part was carried out a literature research of resources that deal with performance measurement of intangible assets and methods for the measurement of intangible assets. The practical part is focused on trademarks. In the analytical part, there is an analysis of the current state of the intangible assets of the company that are associated with property rights. On the basis of the measurement system was designed a system to measure the performance of newly registered trademark, which is based on yield methods. It was built on the analytical part of the project, in which were chosen methods for measuring the performance of trademarks. The benefit of this thesis for the company Fatra, a. s. is that there was designed a detailed system for measuring of the trademarks.
