dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá Aktivní zálohou, která tvoří je součástí zálohy ozbrojených sil České republiky. Práce je dělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány ozbrojené síly České republiky a analyzovány Aktivní zálohy. Dále jsou specifikovány a analyzovány základní typy operačního nasazení jednotek Aktivní zálohy na úrovni kraje. V praktické části je provedeno šetření s cílem identifikace základních problémů, limitujících schopnosti jednotek při operačním nasazení na úrovni kraje. Dále je navržen a rozpracován způsob použití jednotky Aktivní zálohy při střežení vybraného objektu důležitého pro obranu státu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the active reserves, which forms a part of the advance of the armed forces of the Czech Republic. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part they are characterized by the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and analyzed active reserves. The following are specified and analyzed basic types of operational deployment of active reserve units at the county level. In the practical part carried out investigations to identify the basic problems limiting the ability of an operational deployment units at the county level. It is also designed and developed a method of using active drive advances in surveillance of the selected object important for national defense.
