Cílem diplomové práce je návrh nového informačního systému ve společnosti Sirius a.s., která se dynamicky vyvíjí a je vzhledem ke své neustálé expanzi velmi různorodá. To je hlavní příčinou složitosti jejích procesů a nesourodosti informační podpory, které bylo třeba poznat, pochopit a vyřešit. Řešení spočívalo v analýze procesní a informační struktury, zaměřené na objasnění procesních vztahů a zákonitostí a k definici jejich společných a rozdílných rysů. Další použitou metodou byla syntéza prvků požadovaných funkcionalit na vybíraný ERP systém, které byly vyděleny předchozí analýzou. Na základě provedeného průzkumu trhu, referencí, konzultací a vlastních zkušeností s implementacemi podobných systémů byl navržen k realizaci takový ERP systém, který by splňoval nejen funkční požadavky, požadavky na vlastní vývoj a byl cenově dostupný, ale byl pro společnost v první řadě vhodným systémem, ze své podstaty přirozeně podporujícím její současné procesy a aktivity. Výsledky diplomové práce zajišťují ekonomicky výhodnou implementaci takového systému, který umožňuje dynamický růst společnosti a tvoří dobrý základ pro budoucí vývoj nejen svůj, ale i dalších k němu připojovaných částí. |

The aim of this thesis is the proposal of a new information system in Sirius Inc., which is developing dynamically and is due to its continuous expansion very diverse. This is the main reason for the complexity of its processes and the disparity information support that was needed to know, understand and resolve. The solution involved in the analysis process and information structure behind-measured to clarify procedural relationships and patterns and to define their common and different features. Another method used for selection ERP system was a synthesis of the elements required functionalities, which was divided by the previous analysis. Based on the market research, references, consultations and our own experience with implementations of similar systems designed to implement such an ERP system that would meet not only functional requirements, the requirements for their own development and was affordable, but it was for the company primarily suitable system inherently naturally supportive of its current processes and activities. The results of this thesis provide cost-effective implementation of such a testing system that enables dynamic growth and a good basis for the future development of not only its, but also other connected parts to it. |
