Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou osob se zdravotním postižením. Obsahuje objasnění základních pojmů týkajících se osob se zdravotním postižením a úlohu úřadu práce při jejich zaměstnávání. Dále jsou součástí práce příklady jednotlivých subjektů ze ziskové i neziskové sféry, které se zaměstnáváním takto postižených občanů zabývají. |

The aim of this bachelor's work is to describe the problematic area of employment of disabled people. In the beginning, there are explanations of key words concerning people with health disabilities and the role of government employment offices in helping these people to find a work. The thesis also describes various subjects, which are engaged in the employment process - both from the commercial and non-profit sphere. Further there is a list of various current or future projects that are run by non-profit organizations. |
