dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku migračního toku obyvatelstva afrického kontinentu směřujícího do Evropy, kde popisuje základní informace spojené s důvody tohoto počínání a situaci panující v Africe. Popsány jsou zde nejčastější možnosti přepravy a rizika s nimi spojena. Dále jsou v práci rozebrány postoje jednotlivých zemí, které jsou nuceny tuto problematiku naléhavě řešit, ale také postoje občanů ČR k otázkám této problematiky v dotazníkovém šetření. V závěru práce je nástin možného bezpečnostního vývoje v zemích EU, včetně možných hrozeb na jejich území a vhodné opatření vedoucí k minimalizaci takových událostí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the issues of migration flow od the Apopulation of the African continent to Europe, where it´s described basic information related to the reasons for this behavior and the situation prevailing in Africa. Described here are the most common transportation options and the risks associated with them. Furthermore, the work analyzed the positions of the countries that are forced to urgently address this issues, but also the attitude of Czech citizens on issues of this topic in the survey. In conclusion, the outline of a possible security developmenst in the EU, including the potentional threats to their territory and appropriate measures to minize such occurrences.
