Táto diplomová sa zaoberá teoretickým pohľadom na problematikou TOC, zlepšovaním výrobného procesu, produktivitou a plytvaním. Je tu stručne charakterizovaná firma Linet s.r.o., ktorá sa zaoberá výrobou nemocničného zariadenia a popísaný súčasný stav procesu výroby a lakovania dielov. V analytickej časti sa zaoberám analýzou práce stroja a obsluhy, prestojov a metódou SMED. Výsledky analýzy ukazujú na možnosti zlepšovania, ktoré riešim v projektovej časti. Projekt je už samotnou aplikáciou zlepšení vo výrobe, popisuje jednotlivé prvky implementácie. |

This master thesis deals with the theoretical TOC approach of production improvement, productivity and inefficiency. There is included basic characteristic of company Linet s.r.o, producing hospital equipment, and description of actual process of production and varnishing of individual parts. In the analytical part I deal with detailed analysis of machinery function factors and its maintenance, non-operating time and method SMED The results of analysis show the improvement possibilities further solved in project part. The project itself proposes the application of these improvements in the production and describes the particular steps of implementation. |
