dc.description.abstract	Cieľom tejto práce je navrhnúť malý cloud systém, ktorý by mohol poskytovať ucelené riešenie informačného systému samosprávy obce zameranej na plnenie základných a sprostredkovaných služieb formou cloudových aplikácií ako spôsob rozvoja informatizácie samosprávnych orgánov. Riešenie spočívalo vo vypracovaní štúdie uskutočniteľnosti ako najvyššieho stupňa analýzy projektového zámeru. Po rozbore požiadavkou samosprávy obce na zmodernizovanie stávajúcej infraštruktúry bol navrhnutý model využitia cloudových aplikácií. Na základe navrhnutých riešení môže úspešné a efektívne využívanie cloudu zníži náklady na IT, zvýši produktívnosť a dovolí zamestnancom sústrediť sa na svoje ciele.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The object of the thesis is design to a small cloud system that could provide a comprehensive solutions the information system of village government aimed at fulfilling basic and mediate services through cloud applications as a way of developing the information of municipal authorities. Solution consisted of a feasibility study as the highest degree of proposed project. After analyzing the requirements of village self-government to modernize an existing infrastructure was designed model of using cloud applications. On based proposed solutions can be successful and effective using the cloud will reduce IT costs, increase productivity and allow employees to focus on their goals.
