dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření přehledu vybraných softwarových licencí. U každé licence je vysvětlena hlavní myšlenka licence a popsány hlavní body. Část práce je také věnována nelegálnímu softwaru a popisuje rozdíly mezi softwarovými licencemi a softwarovými patenty. Také se zaměřuje na popis nejznámějších organizací z prostředí softwarových licencí a na možnosti distribuci softwaru. Na závěr je vysvětlen postup při tvorbě internetové aplikace, která ulehčí výběr licence podle zadaných kritérií.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Main object of this bachelor thesis is to create an overview of selected software licenses. Every license has explained main idea and described main points of the license. Part of the work is dedicated to the illegal software and describes differences between software li-cense and software patents. Also there is a chapter that describes the most famous organi-zations involved in licensing issues. At the end of the thesis there is described process of creating web quiz that can help choose the best license for participant's project.
