dc.description.abstract	Téma mé bakalářské práce je ,,Plán ukrytí obyvatelstva obce". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na platnou legislativu nejen v České republice, ale i v Evropské unii. Dále se zaměřuje na základní pojmy ochrany obyvatelstva, které jsou zde popsány. Praktická část obsahuje přehled možných krizových situací na území ORP Hodonína. Je zaměřena zejména na ukrytí obyvatelstva ve městě Hodonín. Výsledkem práce je popis a analýza současného stavu ukrytí obyvatelstva ve městě a návrhy ke zlepšení na základě vyhodnocení situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of my thesis is ,,The plan sheltering of the population in the village". The work is divided to the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the legislation in force in the Czech Republic, but also in European union. It also focused on the basic concepts of polupation protection, which are described here. The practical part contains a list of possible crisis situations on the territory of the distric Hodonín and is particularly aimed at sheltering the population in Hodonín. The result is a description an analysis of the current state of population sheltering in the town, suggestions for improvement based on the assessment of the situation.
