dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této práce je prostřednictvím analýzy zjistit nejpravděpodobnější hrozby teroristických útoků, které ohrožují ČR. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Obsahem první, teoretické části, je definování terorismu jako takového včetně definování některých základních pojmů, které s touto problematikou souvisí. V této části je dále vymezen bezpečnostní systém ČR spolu s vymezením bezpečnostního prostředí a současné protiteroristické politiky, kterou Česká republika zastává. Obsahem druhé, praktické části, jsou mnou vytvořené scénáře teroristických útoků, které by se mohly budoucnosti uskutečnit na území ČR, vymezení a popis činností integrovaného záchranného systému v případě možného teroristic-kého útoku. V této části jsou také vypracovány návrhy možných opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení nebo odstranění nedostatků v bezpečnostním systému ČR. Některé z nich se podařilo pomocí analýzy odhalit.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of this work is through the analysis to determine the most likely threat of terrorist attacks that threaten the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts. The content of the first theoretical part is to define terrorism as such and defining some fundamental concepts, which with this issue is related. In this section, is further defined by the security system of the Czech Republic together with the definition of the security envi-ronment and the current anti-terrorism policy, which the Czech Republic takes. The content of the second practical part are me created scenarios of terrorist attacks, which could in the future take place on the territory of the Czech Republic, the definition and description of the activities of the integrated rescue system in the event of a possible terrorist attack. In this section are also drawn up proposals for possible measures that could contribute to the improvement or the removal of deficiencies in the security system of the Czech Republic. Some of them, with the aid of analysis to uncover.
