Tématem této diplomové práce je implementace metody 5S a vizualizačních prvků ve spo-lečnosti PROZAX, s.r.o.. V teoretické části je charakterizován pojem průmyslové inže-nýrství, jeho směry, metody a nástroje, prvky vizualizace pracoviště, druhy plýtvání a me-toda 5S. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku společnosti, analýzu jejího součas-ného stavu a stavu vybraného pracoviště. Projektová část se zabývá implementací metody 5S, její realizací a zavedením vizualizačních prvků. |

The focus of this master thesis is on implementation of the 5S method and visualisation elements in company PROZAX, s.r.o.. The thesis is divided into theoretical, practical and project part. The theoretical part deals with the concept of industrial engineering, its di-rections, methods and tools. It also contains information about elements of visualisation, types of waste and 5S method. The practical part is aimed on the characteristics of the company, analysis of its current state and the state of the selected workplace. The project part is focused on the implementation of the 5S method, its execution and the introduction of the visualisation elements. |
