dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá sektorem neziskových organizací s konkrétním zacílením na organizaci "Hvězda z.ú.". Stěžejním bodem bylo zjistit finanční situaci organizace a doporučit vhodné kroky k vylepšení případných nedostatků. Teoretická část přibližuje fungování zapsaných ústavů a neziskových organizací všeobecně, doplněné specifikací jednotlivých nástrojů a ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V praktické části byla nejprve charakterizována organizace "Hvězda z.ú.", následováno aplikováním nástrojů a ukazatelů finanční analýzy na tuto organizaci. Výsledky této práce pomůžou odpovědným členům organizace učinit opatření k odstranění nedostatků v práci s finančními prostředky organizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with sector of non-profit organizations specifically targeting on organization "Hvězda z.ú.". The main goal was find out financial situation of organization and recommended appropriate steps to improve shortcomings. Theoretical part explained working of the written institute and non-profit organizations in general completed by specifications of individual instruments and indicators of financial analysis. In practical part there was characterized organization "Hvězda z.ú.", followed by the appliciation of instruments and indicators of financial analysis for this specific organization. The Results of this thesis help to responsible members of the organization take action to shortcomings in spending organization´s financial resources.
