dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku evakuace a ukrytí obyvatelstva při mimořádných událostech, v této práci jde konkrétně o únik nebezpečné látky. Teoretická část se zabývá úvodem do problematiky, základní legislativou, která se vztahuje k danému tématu, a následně řeší evakuaci a ukrytí obyvatelstva a mimořádné události, resp. vybrané živelní pohromy a technogenní havárie. V praktické části je představena obec Bratřejov a firma Cheport spol. s r. o. Základní obsah tvoří modelová situace úniku nebezpečné látky a dotazníkové šetření u místních obyvatel. Na konci práce jsou shrnuty návrhy opatření pro zlepšení situace v obci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of evacuation and sheltering of population in case of emergency, in this thesis it is particulary the leake of dangerous substances. The theoretical part deals with an introduction of the issue, basic legislation that repase to the topic and then solves the evacuation and sheltering of population and state of emergency or rather selected natural disaster and technogenic acccident. In the practical part is present village Bratřejov and the company Cheport spol. s r. o. The basic content is consist from the model situation of the leake of dangerous substances and from the questionnaire survey by local residents. On the end of this thesis there are improvement proposals of the situation in village.
