dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá evakuací osob při požáru objektu Městských lázní STEZA Zlín a je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je věnována literární rešerši dané problematiky, která zahrnuje rozbor platné legislativy v oblasti požární ochrany a popis pojmů evakuace osob, požár a požárně bezpečnostní zařízení. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny statistiky Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. V praktické části je posouzena požární ochrana objektu, modelována událost vzniku požáru v městských lázních a dále je provedena analýza rizik pomocí SWOT analýzy a kontrolního seznamu. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou pro daný objekt navržena opatření k eliminaci rizik, která by vedla ke zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis, which is divided into two sections, concerns the evacuation of people in the event of a fire from The Urban Spa STEZA Zlín. The theoretical section deals with the literary research of the issue, including an analysis of the effective legislation in the field of fire protection and the description of the terms of evacuation, fire and fire safety equipment. In conclusion of the theoretical section there are the statistics made by the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The practical section includes the appraisal of the buildings fire safety, the model event of a fire at the urban spa and then a risk analysis using SWOT Analysis and Check List Analysis is done. Within the found deficiencies there are some measures suggested to eliminate the threats and improve the current situation in the company.
