dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce ,,Obec jako samosprávný celek a její hlavní úkoly v kri-zových situacích" je popis a analýza jednotlivých krizových situací v obci Lobodice. V teoretické části se zaměřím na legislativu související s územní samosprávou a charakteristiku základních a vyšších územních samosprávných celků. Dalším bodem teoretické časti, bude definovat mimořádné události a částečně popsat krizové situace, jež mohou na území České republiky nastat. V dalších částech se zaměřím již na konkrétní problémy a mimořádné události ohrožující obec Lobodice. V poslední části se pokusím popsat stávající opatření či navrhnout nová bezpečnostní opatření, která by zamezila nebo zmírnila vnik mimořádných událostí, případně vedla ke zmírnění škod způsobených mimořádnou událostí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of this bachelor thesis "Municipality and its main duties in meeting the needs of its citizens in emergencies" is description and analysis of different types of emergencies in Lobodice village. The theoretical part deals with the municipality lawmaking and definition of basic and higher zoning municipalities. It also focuses on emergency situation analysis and describe its process which can set in in the Czech Republic. Next sections discuss the specific problems and the emergency situations threatening Lobodice village. Last part deals with current situations and measu-res and suggests new safety measures to restrict or reduce the source of emergencies, alternatively were leading up in preventing further damage.
