dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Analýza krizové komunikace v integrovaném záchranném systému Olomouckého kraje" je zaměřena na problematiku krizové komunikace zaměstnanců u jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku IZS a stručný popis základních složek IZS. Popis krizové komuni-kace všeobecně a krizová komunikace v IZS. Praktická část je zaměřena na zmapování toho, jak vnímají krizovou komunikaci, školení a využití krizové komunikace v praxi u pracovníků složek IZS v Olomouckém kraji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	My thesis "Analysis of crisis communication in the integrated rescue system of the region of Olmouc" is applied to issues in crisis communication of employees in every single section of the integrated rescue sysntem.The theoretical part refers to a general characteristic of IRS and to a brief description of basical sections of IRS. Description of crisis com-munication generally and crisis communication in IRS.The practical part applies to mapping the way how to perceive crisis communication, training and using the crisis communication in practice when working with employees of sections of IRS in the region of Olomouc.
