dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce, kterou jsem zpracoval na téma "Analýza rizik spojených se zakládáním podniku" analyzuje situaci trhu potravin a vyhodnocuje rizika podniku potravinářského uplatnění. V teoretické části jsou popsány možné právní formy podnikání a podniku, jejich rizika a také strategické analýzy určující pozici podniku na trhu. Praktická část navazuje na teoretické poznatky a rozebírá optimální právní formu založení podniku, podnikatelská rizika, uplatnění strategických analýz a zhodnocení rizikových faktorů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor´s thesis, which i worked on the topic "Analysis of the risks associated with the establishment of enterprise" analyzes the situation in the food market and assesses the risks of food enterprises. The theoretical part describes possible legal forms of business and enterprises, their risks and strategic analysis of determining position on the market. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge and discusses the optimal legal forms of company establishment, business risks, applying strategic analysis and assessment of risk factors.
