Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zaobírá řízením lidských zdrojů, firemní kulturou, motivací, pracovní spokojeností a metodami měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V praktické části autorka představí společnost, ve které byl realizován výzkum měření spokojenosti za-městnanců. Na základě výsledků, které autorka získala, je hodnocena úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců a tyto výsledky jsou porovnávány s názory vedoucích jednotlivých oddělení. Pro lepší orientaci v textu jsou použity tabulky a grafy. |

The theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis is focused on human resource management, cor-porate culture, motivation, work satisfaction and methods of measurement of employee's satisfaction. The empirical part is based on introducing the company where the research measurementof employee's satisfaction was held. Based on the collected results the author was able to evaluate the level of employee's satisfaction. These results are compared with the opinions of individual department leaders. The chief outputs of this thesis are displayed in form of tables and charts for better orientation. |
