dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá decentralizací strategického řízení ve firmě XY. První část je věnována literární rešerši, kterou je charakterizován proces strategického řízení, jeho zásady a dále pak proces strategického rozvoje firem. Praktická část popisuje a analyzuje současný stav řízení ve firmě XY a dále pak charakterizuje současnou pozici oblastních zastoupení vzhledem k centrále firmy. V projektové části je předložen konkrétní návrh decentralizace strategického řízení, a to formou změny organizační struktury. Na základě tohoto návrhu lze ovlivnit další faktory úspěšné práce ve firmě XY, které jsou v projektu formulovány. Závěrem jsou uvedena a zdůvodněna závěrečná doporučení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This piece is concerned with a decentralization of a strategic operation in company XY. The first part deals with a literature search which describes a process of strategic operation, its principles and a process of a strategic development of firms. A practical part describes and analyses a current status of operation in company XY and also analyses a current rela-tions between district agencies and a company's head office. In a project part there is a concrete proposal of decentralization of strategic operation in a form of an organizational structure's modification. On the basis of this proposal there is a possibility to influence several factors of successful operation in company XY formulated in the project. I also presented final recommendations at the end of this piece.	en
