dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je provést zhodnocení výsledků analýzy a navrhnout doporučení na zlepšení hospodaření obce Doubravy. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy daného tématu. Nejdříve je objasněn pojem obec, postavení obcí, rozpočet a rozpočtová skladba obce. Další část je věnována finanční analýze a ukazatelům, kteří jsou v praktické části použiti. V praktické části je představena obec Doubravy. Poté jsou analyzovány příjmy a výdaje obce. Následně je provedena analýza s použitím vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení hospodaření obce a návrhům na zlepšení hospodaření obce Doubravy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the results of an analysis and to come up with a recommendation of an improvement of management of the municipality Doubravy. In the theoretical part, basic terms concerning the main topic will be described. At first, the term municipality will be clarified, followed by an explanation of terms such as municipality statuses, budget and lastly budgetary composition of a municipality. The next part will deal with financial analysis and indicators that will be applied in the practical part. In the practical part, there is an introduction of the municipality Doubravy. Afterwards, incomes and expenses of the village are analysed. After that, there is an analysis with the application of described financial indicators carried out. The ending part is devoted to an evaluation of management of the minucipality and suggestion for improvements of management of the municipality Doubravy.
