dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je nastavení vzorce pro výpočet normohodin procesu balení a lehké montáže společnosti KOMPAN pomocí nástrojů průmyslového inženýrství. Pro tyto účely je nutné provést analýzu procesů a identifikovat typické operace pro daná pracoviště. Tyto typické operace jsou následně měřeny snímkem operace. Na základě výsledků měření na-stavit vhodný systém stanovování normohodin pomocí vzorce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is setting formula for standard hour calculation of the packaging pro-cess and process assembly in the KOMPAN, by using industrial engineering methods. For these purposes is necessary to analyze processes and identify typical operations. I the next step are these typical operations measure by survey of operation. Based on the measure-ment results to set suitable system for determining the standard hours.
