dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou analýzy a řízení rizik v podniku XXX s.r.o. Cílem je navrhnout vhodná opatření, která povedou k minimalizaci rizik. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku podniku a podnikání, použití teorie rizik, jejich klasifikace, užití základních postupů analýzy rizik a metody jejich zvládání. V praktické části je představen konkrétní podnik, jeho okolí a jsou provedeny analýzy jeho současných podnikatelských rizik. Na základě vyhodnocení jsou definována největší rizika a navržená opatření ke zlepšení stavu podniku v problematických oblastech, která mají vliv na budoucí rozvoj subjektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with problems of risk analysis and management in XXX s.r.o. The aim is to propose appropriate measures that will minimize risks. The theoretical part focuses on the general characteristics of the business and the business, the use of risk theory, their classification, the use of basic risk analysis methods and the methods of their management. The practical part introduces a particular business, its surroundings and analyzes its current business risks. Based on the evaluation, the greatest risks are defined and measures are propo-sed to improve the state of the company in the problematic areas that affect the future develo-pment of the subject.
