Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku informovaného souhlasu pacienta a na snižování rizika jeho podcenění ve vybrané nemocnici. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření určeného pro pacienty a rozhovorů, jež byly vedeny se zdravotnickými pracovníky, byla zhodnocena současná praxe při poskytování informovaného souhlasu ve vybrané nemocnici. Na základě vyhodnocení získaných dat bylo zjištěno, že informovaný souhlas není vždy důsledně uplatňován a v rámci práce byla dále stanovena a ohodnocena rizika, jež z nedostatečného uplatňování informovaného souhlasu vyplývají. Hlavním výsledkem práce bylo vytvoření konkrétního systému nástrojů, které mohou být v budoucnu využity jako preventivní prostředky ke snižování rizika podcenění informovaného souhlasu a dalších rizik, jež z nedůsledného uplatňování informovaného souhlasu vyplývají. |

The thesis is focused on the issue of informed consent of the patient and on reducing the risk of its underestimation in the selected hospital. Using the questionnaire survey intended for the patients and the interviews, which were conducted with medical staff, was evaluated the current practice in the provision of informed consent in the selected hospital.On the basis of the evaluation of the obtained data, it was found that informes consent is not always applied consistently and in the context of the thesis further established and eva-luated the risks of inadequate application of informed consent arise. The main result of tke thesis was the creation of a specific system of tools that can be used in the future as a pre-ventive means to reducing the risk of underestimation of the informed consent and other risks resulting from a lack of consisnetcy in the application of informed consent arise. |
