Diplomová práce pojednává o založení porodního domu v České republice. V teoretické části je obsažena problematika založení a řízení zdravotnického zařízení a popis současné situace v českém porodnictví. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu tržního prostředí v porodnictví a výzkum potřeb mezi ženami. Na základě poznatků z provedených analýz byl vytvořen podnikatelský plán na založení porodního domu, který obsahuje též finanční, rizikovou a časovou analýzu. |

The diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a birth center in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains knowledge of establishment and management of healthcare organization and description of the current situation in the Czech obstetrics. The practical part contains an analysis of the market environment in obstetrics and survey of needs among women. Based on the findings from the analyzes was compiled a business plan of establishment of a birth center. This plan also contains a financial, risk and time analysis. |
