dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na systém řízení nákladů ve společnosti TOSHULIN a. s. Teoretická část diplomové práce shrnuje poznatky z oblasti nákladů a kalkulací. V rámci praktické části byla použita analýza nákladů a kalkulačního systému společnosti. Součástí analýzy bylo zhodnocení a identifikace nedostatků současného systému řízení nákladů. Na základě těchto nedostatků byl navržen projekt kalkulace Acitivity-Based Costing. Pomocí navženého projektu došlo k optimalizaci systému řízení nákladů. Nakonec byly vyhodno-ceny přínosy, rizika a ekonomický dopad spojený s implementací navrženého řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the system of management costs in the company TOSHULIN a. s. The theoretical part summarizes finding from costs and calculations. In the practical part, cost analysis and the calculation system analysis were used. Part of anal-ysis was to evaluate and identify the shortcomings of the current system of cost manage-ment. On the basis of these shortcomings, the project Acitivity-Based Costing was sug-gested. Using the suggested project, the system of management costs was optimized. Final-ly, the benefits, risks and economic impact associated with the implementation of the pro-posed solution were evaluated.
