dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analýza fundraisingu a jiných forem financování Slováckého divadla. Tato práce zkoumala pomocí finanční a strategické analýzy a rozborů financování finanční situaci organizace. Dále bylo využito dotazníkové šetření pro průzkum možnosti využití nového zdroje financování crowdfundingu. Na základě těchto analýz a dotazníkového šetření byla navržena doporučení pro zlepšení získávání finančních prostředků. Pomocí těchto doporučení dosáhne organizace zlepšené a stabilnější finanční situace, rozšíření povědomí a dobré pověsti divadla, zvýšení návštěvnosti divadla a obsazenosti divadelních inscenací. Divadlo také získá nové zdroje financování a lépe využije dostupné fundraisingové metody.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bacheor thesis deals with analysis of fundraising and other forms of financing of Slovácké divadlo. This thesis examined through financial and strategic analysis financial situation of the organization. In addition, a survey was used to explore the possibility of using a new source of financing crowdfunding. Based on these analyzes and the survey, reccommendations have been proposed to improve fundraising. Using these recommendations, the organization will improve and achieve a more stable financial situation, attain expanding the awareness and reputation of the theater, increasing theater attendance and increasing the occupancy of theater performances. The theater will also gain new funding sources and make better use of available fundraising methods.
