Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řešení nedobytných pohledávek ve společnosti KRIST-MKD spol. s r. o. Zaměřuje se na dopady těchto pohledávek v oblasti účetnictví, daní, ale i na řešení z právního hlediska. V teoretické části jsou definovány pohledávky a způsoby ocenění. Dále se práce zabývá řešením nedobytných pohledávek mimosoudní a soudní cestou. Práce zahrnuje mimo jiné zobrazení pohledávek po splatnosti do účetnictví a zásah do oblasti daní. V praktické části je provedena analýza pohledávek sledované společnosti, majetkové a finanční struktury. Následně jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady řešení nedobytných pohledávek. V závěru jsou navržena možná řešení a doporučení na zlepšení stávajícího stavu pohledávek. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on the solving irrecoverable receivables in the company of KRIST-MKD inc. It focuses on the impacts of these receivables on the accounting, taxation, but also on the legal solving. Firstly, receivables and their measurement are defined in the theoretical part. Next, thesis deals with out-of-court solving or judicial solving of irrecoverable receivables. The overdue receivables are show from the accounting and tax point of view. In the practical part, the analysis of receivables of chosen company is provided. Furthemore, financial and property structure is analysed. Solving of irrecoverable receivables and specific exaples of these receivables in the chosen company are stated. Finally, there are possible suggestions or proposals to improving the current situation. |
