dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením pohledávek a jejich evidencí ve vybrané společnosti XYZ, s. r. o. Cílem práce je analyzovat stav pohledávek ve společnosti, zhodnotit jejich stávající stav a navrhnout doporučení na zlepšení jejich řízení. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pohledávky, vymezení pohledávek z účetního a daňového hlediska a řízení pohledávek, které je důležitým procesem v každém podniku. Praktická část nejprve charakterizuje společnost, na kterou je bakalářská práce zaměřena, dále pak analyzuje stávající stav pohledávek a poslední část je věnována řízení pohledávek v dané společnosti. V závěru práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení řízení pohledávek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the management of receivables and their records in selected company XYZ, s. r. o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the state of receivables in the company and to evaluate their current situation and to propose recommendations for improvement of their management. The theoretical part is characterized by receivables, the definition of accounting and tax receivables and the management of receivables, which is an important process in each enterprise. The practical part is first characterized by the company to which the bachelor thesis is focused, then it analyzes the current state of re-ceivables and the last part is devoted to the management of receivables in the given company. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for improvement of receivables management are proposed.
