Záměrem diplomové práce je navržení projektu zřízení a financování zařízení sociální prevence pro rodiny s dětmi na území mikroregionu Otrokovicko, konkrétně centra rané péče se zaměřením na děti s poruchami autistického spektra. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty získané poznatky o systému sociálních služeb a jejich financování, blíže jsou popsány poruchy autistického spektra a služby, které jsou pro tuto specifickou cílovou skupinu určeny. Praktická část se zabývá potřebami rodin s dětmi trpícími PAS, dále pak zahrnuje analýzu dostupnosti a potřebnosti sociálních služeb ve vybraném regionu. Projektová část obsahuje samotný návrh projektu na zřízení centra rané péče, který reflektuje informace získané v přecházejících kapitolách. |

The aim of the thesis is a project proposal of founding and financing of the social prevention institution for families with children in the Otrokovicko microregion, concretely of the early childcare center focusing on children with autism spectrum disorders. The theoretical part summarizes the gained knowledge of the social services system and its financing and describes the autism spectrum disorders and the social services which are determined for this specific targer group. The practical part deals with the needs of the families with children suffering from ASD, it also includes the analysis of the availability and need of the social services in the chosen region. The project part contains the proposal of project of the early childcare center itself which reflects the information gained in the previous chapters. |
