dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu na vybraném středisku ve spo-lečnosti "J. A. P." spol. s r. o. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje rozbor literárních pramenů, které podkládají následné analýzy v praktické části. Dále teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení klíčových pojmů z hlediska plýt-vání a řízení a organizace výroby. V praktické části je představena společnost "J. A. P." spol. s r. o. včetně portfolia produkce firmy. Dále práce poskytuje analýzu prostředí, ve kterém se firma nachází. V další části je přiblížení vybraných produktů pro analýzu a následuje stěžení práce, samotná analýza výrobního procesu na vybraném středisku. V závěru praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky analýz a podání návrhu na zlepšení

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process at a selected center in company "J. A. P.", Ltd. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. Theoretical part contains an analysis of literary sources, which put under subsequent analysis in the practical part. Further theoretical part contains explanations of key concepts and terms of waste management and organization of production and manufacturing. The practical part introduces the company "J. A. P.", Ltd including the company's production portfolio. The work also provides an analysis of the environment in business is company located. The next section is the approximation of selected products for analysis and subsequent workload, the analysis of the production process itself at the selected center. At the end of the practical part are the results of the analyzes and submission of the proposal for improvement.
