dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Výstupem z analýzy jsou navržená opatření, která zlepšují samotný výrobní proces. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je tvořena literární rešerší se zaměřením na výrobní procesy, řízení výroby, analytické metody a ergonomii. Praktická část využívá poznatků z teoretické části. Obsahuje základní popis společnosti, portfolio a SWOT analýzu. Dále je v praktické části popsán výrobní proces této firmy, využita metoda ABC a metoda Ishikawův diagram. V závěru této části jsou uvedeny hlavní nedostatky, které byly analýzou nalezeny a jsou navržena nápravná opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process in selected company. The output of the analysis is the proposed measures that improve the production process. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of literary research focusing on production processes, production management, analytical methods and ergonomics. The practical part exploits knowledge from the theoretical part. It contains a basic description of company, portfolio and SWOT analysis. Also described here is the production process of this company and the ABC methods and the Ishikawa diagram are used. At the end of this section, there are the main shortcomings identified by the analysis and corrective actions are proposed.
